In recent years, few Tibetans with hearing impairment developed their own sign language, that is, Tibetan Sign Langauage. They wish to develop a Tibetan sign language system, which provides communication tools to people with hearing impairment and their communities. With Tibetan Sign Langauge they can not only communicate with poeple with hearing ability but also gain confidence to live with otheres by using this special language.
